The Ultimate Meal was recommended to me by a friend years ago. I use it at dinner time only as a method of weight control. It is very effective. Recently my wife started using it. She owns and operates a child care center and now 2 of the 4 ladies that work for her are using
it, and one more plans to try it soon. We live in the mountains between Santa Clarita and Bakersfield and there are no dealers in our area. We must drive to Bakersfield to buy the Ultimate Meal. maintenance of vibrant health. My partner and I have been eating the Ultimate Meal and many of the other products for almost 6 years now since it was recommended by a wise friend. Today I was in a health food market and suddenly realized that I had not had any lunch (I realized my time to have it was by then very limited) so I asked the fresh juice bar to whip up fresh celery and apples and add a scoop of your ULTIMATE MEAL......It was delicious, satisfying, and apparently good for me because it is two hours later and my blood sugar seems to be staying at a good level (I battle hypoglycemia).....I am seriously considering replacing breakfast and lunch with ULTIMATE MEAL as I think it would be nutritious and satisfying......or stock a can of it here at home for emergencies like today......I was surprised that it does not contain soy which I do not tolerate very well.....yet the protein amount is very good.....I really like brown rice protein (I often use it as a protein supplement) and appreciated the fact that ULTIMATE MEAL contains rice protein.

I just want to say that I've been drinking the Ultimate Meal off and on for years and have found it to be a terrific product. For the past 3 months or so, I have increased my use of the product to once or twice daily. I really see what a difference it has made for me. I feel a general sense of good health when I'm using the Ultimate Meal on a consistent basis. It's also great that I don't have to fool around with all the separate nutrients, antioxidants etc. I know the Ultimate Meal has all the supplements included and they are of the best quality around. I just started taking your product the middle of May. I totally love it. I am taking this for good health and my weight. Do you have to have a banana with each meal? Please advise me how to order your products directly from your company; i.e. postage to U.K.; tax; etc.
I have suffered with M.E. for the last five years, fatigue and serious pain throughout my whole body is the norm. Of course, I have tried many remedies, supplements and complimentary medicine to no avail. I am vegetarian. So much of my savings I have spent on finding a cure, after reading your write-up, I am hopeful that at least your products will provide the nourishment my body craves for that cannot be satiated with the empty calories in today's food. I am 44 years of age, already diagnosed with mild osteoporosis, chronic UTI's and necrosis of both kidneys, inflammation of the digestive tract with serious, chronic constipation (regardless of what amount of roughage I eat or digestive enzymes I consume). You may not be in a position to offer advice, but I should be most grateful if you would recommend how much of your products I need to take on a daily basis and the most economical way I can get them to England. Before my illness I was an aromatherapist and spiritual healer, I miss the joy of serving my fellow man. I eagerly await your reply with any help or guidance you may impart.

I just wanted to let you know that my 5 month old son was given the antibiotic Zythromax and it almost killed him, my mother and I were frantic about trying to bring life back to this baby. We were lead to Ultimate Meal. I mixed it in with Rice Milk and gave him the drink. His little listless self started to improve. It helped heal whatever damage the antibiotic did him. I have been enjoying the Ultimate Life for nearly two years now. Both my husband and I enjoy a shake at least once a day. Recently we have been experimenting with alternative recipes that would not affect the sugar or fat content in the shake. One delicious recipe that we thought we would share is substituting either some of the water or apple juice for fresh lemon juice and adding a tablespoon of

I have tried my own recipe and fresh apple, carrot juice with half a lemon and ginger......usually I put back the pulp and add 1 scoop of ultimate meal to eat........for breakfast...

I really miss your meal bars...I keep checking for anything that remotely resembles them every time
I go to the store, but I'm flabbergasted at how every single bar out there is a sickly sweet, HYPER-allergenic dessert bar -
I'm so tired of it. Can't you please just try again - I know your standards are high, but anything you make is going to be better than the pure crap that's out there. Why do all these other bar manufacturers think that every time someone's hungry that they want something sweet and overbaked?
I beg you to try again, and I'm sure a lot of other people agree with me.

A new vitamin store just opened up on our corner. I was looking for an antioxidant without added yucky stuff in it. I usually use EAS supplements but have become more aware lately of the additives. I know that the items that I have been using are supposed to be beneficial to those who work out regularly but I can't help but wonder what exactly all those other ingredients are doing to my insides. After reading your site, I've decided to go back to the store tomorrow and try out your ultimate meal. Purchased the intro pack at the local store, but got confused on the amount of water. I saw the 6oz. water under the sweet recipe, but applied it to the Ultimate recipe and it was too thick. Also, for many years I've been taking a multivitamin that was very high in B vitamins to manage stress. I noticed my mood crashed right away if I missed it. I'm worried that the Ultimate Meal may not be high enough in this. Love the product so far, can't wait to try it with enough water.

Just beginning to use Ultimate Meal as my foundation for daily nutrition, however, my brother has been using
it for some time and he is a living example of conscious living and awareness of what you eat is what you are. Hopefully, in a few months I will be able to send you excellent results of my efforts. I plan to use Ultimate Meal as a basis for 20 young men & women who will be getting trained to become carpenters. My part is counseling them in life skills.
